What the Business Services Apollo document is

The Business Services Apollo is a standardized professional services agreement template designed to record the scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, and legal terms for services provided between two commercial parties. It consolidates key contractual elements — scope of work, milestones, payment schedule, confidentiality, IP assignment, limitations of liability, termination, and dispute resolution — into a single, fillable document suitable for in-house legal review, procurement intake, and client onboarding across multiple industries in the United States.

Why use the Business Services Apollo for contracting

Using a consistent services agreement reduces ambiguity about deliverables, clarifies payment and acceptance criteria, and establishes a single enforceable record of obligations. When executed electronically it satisfies the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. ch. 96) and state UETA rules where applicable, preserving enforceability for interstate and intrastate transactions.

Why use the Business Services Apollo for contracting

Who typically completes or signs this agreement

Intended signers and users vary by role; below are the most common profiles.

  • Procurement and sourcing teams — Draft and manage vendor terms, coordinate internal approvals and budgets.
  • Project managers and delivery leads — Confirm scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria for operational tracking.
  • Company executives and authorized signatories — Provide contractual acceptance and financial commitment authority.

Each listed profile should confirm authority to bind the organization before signing.
