What the Business Services Aramark document covers

A Business Services Aramark document records the contractual arrangement between a client organization and Aramark for services such as facilities management, catering, or workplace support. It defines the scope of services, performance standards, pricing, invoicing, term and termination, insurance and indemnity, and confidentiality provisions.
