What the Business Services AT&T Template Is

The Business Services AT&T Template is a standardized service agreement framework used to document commercial terms between a business customer and AT&T for telecommunications, network, or managed services. It defines parties, service descriptions, deliverables, performance metrics, billing terms, service level expectations, change control procedures, and termination conditions in a single contract-ready document intended for consistent internal review and external signature.

Why this template matters for vendors and buyers

Using a clear template reduces ambiguity about responsibilities, billing, and service levels and supports enforceability under U.S. e-signature law (ESIGN and state UETA statutes). A well-structured template helps ensure complete records, easier approvals, and consistent audits without replacing legal review for complex transactions.

Why this template matters for vendors and buyers

Who typically completes the Business Services AT&T Template

Multiple internal and external roles collaborate to complete this template depending on whether you are the AT&T counterparty or the business customer.

  • Procurement teams completing supplier terms and pricing for telecom services
  • IT/network managers specifying technical deliverables and SLAs
  • Legal or contracts teams reviewing indemnities, IP, and termination
  • Finance teams confirming billing cycles, invoicing, and payment terms

Final signatures are commonly executed by authorized signatories in legal or finance functions; ensure signers have delegated authority under company policy.
