The Business Services Cantor is a standardized administrative document used to record, authorize, or update business service arrangements and delegated responsibilities between corporate parties. It typically captures the parties’ legal names, effective date, scope of services, compensation or consideration, key contacts, and signature blocks to establish clear authority and accountability. Common errors that delay processing

  • Using trade or DBA names instead of the legal entity name, which can prevent matching to tax or contract records and trigger rework.
  • Leaving date fields blank or using different formats across parties, leading to uncertainty about when obligations or deadlines begin.
  • Incomplete signature blocks—missing titles or printed names—that make it hard to verify signatory authority during audits.
  • Vague service descriptions such as 'as needed' without measurable deliverables, which often causes payment disputes and scope creep.
