What the Business Services Cintas document is and where it fits

The Business Services Cintas is a professional services intake and agreement document used to record scope, pricing, contact information, and service delivery terms between a business and Cintas or a comparable vendor. It collects legal names, addresses, tax identifiers, service line items, billing instructions, and signature blocks so parties have an auditable record of agreed obligations.
