What the Business Services Cusano Is

The Business Services Cusano is a standardized business services agreement template used to define services, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and responsibilities between a service provider and a client. It sets the scope of work, acceptance criteria, invoicing and payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and dispute-resolution provisions. When used in U.S. transactions, the template is designed to accept electronic signatures under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. ch. 96) and applicable state UETA statutes, while also accommodating notarization or witness steps where the parties or state law require them.

Why the Business Services Cusano Matters

A clear, consistent agreement reduces misunderstandings about scope, schedule, and payment and supports enforceability in disputes.
