What the Business Services Custom Premier document is

The Business Services Custom Premier is a customizable service agreement template used to formalize terms between a provider and a commercial client for ongoing or project-based business services. It typically defines scope of work, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, performance milestones, liability limits, confidentiality, intellectual property allocation, termination rights, and renewal mechanics. Organizations use it to ensure consistent contracting across accounts, to document responsibilities for both parties, and to create an auditable record suitable for electronic signature and secure storage under applicable U.S. electronic records laws.

Why use a tailored Business Services Custom Premier agreement

A tailored agreement captures project-specific obligations, reduces ambiguity that causes disputes, and sets clear payment and delivery expectations.
