What the Business Services Fast Track Is

The Business Services Fast Track is a standardized, executable form and workflow template designed to speed onboarding, approvals, and service commencement between commercial parties. It bundles essential business data, scope of services, pricing or fee terms, and required authorizations into a single package that can be completed, authenticated, and retained electronically for compliance and audit purposes. The template is intended to reduce back-and-forth, establish clear effective dates and responsibilities, and provide an auditable record of consent and acceptance while supporting both in-person and remote signing options.

Why organizations use a Fast Track form

A concise Fast Track form reduces administrative delay, centralizes required disclosures and authorizations, and creates a reproducible record for compliance, audit, and retention purposes while enabling electronic execution and controlled distribution.

Why organizations use a Fast Track form

Typical users and roles for the Fast Track

The Fast Track is used by teams that need repeatable, auditable sign-off for services: procurement, legal intake, client onboarding, and operations.

  • Procurement managers and sourcing teams who need vendor approvals, insurance confirmations, and scope acceptance within set SLAs.
  • Small business owners and service providers who require fast contract formation and documented authorization without in-person meetings.
  • Legal or compliance reviewers responsible for ensuring required disclosures, governing law selection, and record retention are properly captured.

Profiles below reflect the primary internal owners and external signers who commonly complete or receive the form.
