What the Business Services GGB document is and when it applies

The Business Services GGB is a standardized service agreement used to record the terms under which one party provides professional, consulting, or operational services to another. Typical provisions cover scope of work, deliverables, payment and invoicing, term and termination, confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, indemnities, and dispute resolution. The form serves as the primary contract between businesses, contractors, and agencies and can be issued as a standalone agreement or attached to purchase orders and statements of work. It is broadly compatible with electronic signing and digital delivery when executed under applicable e-signature laws.

Why a clear Business Services GGB benefits your operation

A well-drafted Business Services GGB reduces ambiguity about responsibilities, accelerates invoicing and approvals, and establishes measurable acceptance criteria and remedies. It supports auditability when signed electronically and provides a single reference for contract management and compliance obligations.
