What the Business Services Human Sun document is

The Business Services Human Sun is a standardized professional services agreement template used to document terms between a service provider and a client for non-employment business services. It describes scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property allocations, termination rights, and dispute resolution. The template is designed for repeatable project engagements where both parties need a clear allocation of responsibilities and risk. It can be used as a standalone contract, as an exhibit to a master services agreement, or adapted into a statement of work for a specific project.

Why this template matters for practical contracting

A clear services agreement reduces ambiguity in expectations, protects commercial and IP interests, and defines billing and termination mechanics for both parties.
