What the Business Services Informa Markets document is and when it applies

The Business Services Informa Markets is a standardized service listing and vendor onboarding document used when registering, describing, or contracting business services through Informa Markets events and platforms. It captures provider details, scope of services, pricing or fee schedules, performance timelines, and basic compliance certifications. Organizations use this form to create a consistent record of offerings and commercial terms that can be shared with buyers, procurement teams, or event organizers. The document supports both manual and electronic completion and is commonly paired with supporting licenses, insurance certificates, and proof of tax registration.

Why this form matters for vendors and buyers

A clear, complete Business Services Informa Markets form reduces onboarding friction, standardizes expectations, and simplifies vendor selection and contract drafting across events and marketplaces.

Why this form matters for vendors and buyers

Who typically completes and who receives this document

Use this form when a vendor, service provider, or internal procurement team must record a service offering for inclusion in an Informa Markets listing or contracting workflow.

  • Vendors and suppliers submitting service descriptions for events or catalogs
  • Procurement and vendor management teams reviewing qualifications and fees
  • Event operations and exhibitor services coordinating on-site delivery

The completed form becomes a reference for quotations, statements of work, and event-specific service orders; include copies with any related contracts or purchase orders.

Typical signatories and internal approvers

Vendor Contact — Operations Manager

The vendor contact listed on the form is usually the operations or account manager responsible for service delivery. That person confirms scope, lead time, and pricing and signs to certify accuracy before a vendor agreement is issued.

Buyer Approver — Procurement Lead

The buyer-side approver is typically a procurement or events manager who verifies insurance, compliance documents, and commercial terms. Their signature or approval confirms the buyer accepts the stated terms and authorizes payment or purchase order issuance.
