What the Business Services INTERCORP document is

The Business Services INTERCORP is a standardized agreement used to record the scope, responsibilities, pricing, and timelines for services exchanged between corporate entities or between a parent company and an affiliated business unit. It typically specifies deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, performance metrics, termination clauses, and the governing law. The document establishes clear operational expectations, allocates risk, and provides a signed record for commercial, accounting, and audit purposes while supporting electronic execution and storage when legal requirements are met.

How to complete the Business Services INTERCORP step by step

Follow a consistent, ordered procedure to populate the agreement fields, obtain authorizations, and preserve signatures to ensure enforceability and auditability.

  • 01
Prepare parties: List full legal entity names and business addresses for each party.

  • 03
Set payment terms: Specify fees, billing schedule, late fees, and invoicing currency.
  • 04
Sign and retain: Execute signatures, capture audit trail, and store the final record.
