What the Business Services Intune document covers

The Business Services Intune is a standardized onboarding and service agreement template used to document scope, responsibilities, and approvals for Intune-based device management and related business services. It combines configuration details, enrollment counts, security controls, service levels, and signatory authorization into a single record designed for electronic completion and secure storage. The form supports conditional fields for device inventory, service start and end dates, compliance attestations, and delegated administrator access, and is suitable for use by managed service providers, internal IT teams, procurement, and client stakeholders.
