What the Business Services Karma document is

The Business Services Karma is a standardized service agreement framework used to document terms between a service provider and a business client. It typically defines scope of work, deliverables, fees, timelines, performance metrics, confidentiality, and termination rights. The template is intended for recurring commercial engagements and can be adapted for consulting, managed services, or project-based work while preserving core legal and operational elements.

Why a clear Business Services Karma matters

A properly completed Business Services Karma reduces ambiguity about responsibilities, clarifies payment and performance expectations, and creates a retrievable legal record for audits or disputes under ESIGN and applicable state law.
