What the Business Services Lazydays document is and when it’s used

The Business Services Lazydays is a standardized service agreement and intake form used to document and authorize business services, responsibilities, and billing terms between Lazydays and a commercial counterparty. It groups scope descriptions, pricing or hourly rates, deliverable milestones, payment terms, and basic compliance language into a single form intended for operational consistency. Organizations use it to create a clear record of expectations, to attach exhibits like statements of work, and to provide a single source of truth for procurement, invoicing, and dispute resolution throughout the contract lifecycle.
