What the Business Services Mill House Is

The Business Services Mill House is a standardized service agreement and intake template used to document scope, pricing, timelines, parties, deliverables, and authorization for business services provided through a Mill House program or facility. It combines client and provider details, clear service descriptions, payment terms, insurance and liability provisions, and signature blocks to create an auditable record suitable for e-signature and paper workflows under U.S. electronic signature law.

Why a formal Mill House service template matters

A clear, consistent template reduces disputes, speeds onboarding, and ensures essential legal and operational terms are captured. It supports reliable recordkeeping, streamlines approvals, and creates a single source of truth for billing, performance, and regulatory retention requirements.

Why a formal Mill House service template matters

Who typically completes the Business Services Mill House

The Mill House template is used by internal operations staff, external service providers, and authorized signers to formalize engagements.

  • Small business owners and managers who hire Mill House services for recurring operational tasks.
  • Service coordinators and site managers responsible for scope, scheduling, and vendor onboarding.
  • Independent contractors and subcontractors providing specialized services under a Master Services Agreement.

Use the template when parties need standardized terms, signatures, and a clear audit trail for ongoing service relationships.

Who can sign and approve Mill House agreements

Authorized Signatory

An executive or manager authorized by the business (CEO, CFO, or delegated officer). This signer accepts obligations and payment terms on behalf of the organization and should be listed by title and authority in the agreement.

Service Provider

A named individual or business entity delivering services. The provider must supply legal entity name, EIN or SSN for tax reporting, insurance details, and an authorized representative who can certify performance and accept liability terms.
