The Business Services NHRG PL is a professional services agreement template used to document the scope, deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities between a service provider and a client. It standardizes project milestones, payment terms, confidentiality provisions, and liability limitations so both parties have a clear written record of expectations. The template can be adapted for consulting, managed services, and project-based engagements and is intended for use across U.S. jurisdictions subject to state contract law and federal electronic signature statutes such as ESIGN.
