Organizations use this form to create a clear, auditable record of a commercial engagement that can be stored, shared, and executed in electronic or printed form. • Account managers — capture client contact data, milestones, and billing terms to keep project delivery aligned with expectations.
  • Legal or contracts teams — use the template for routine service agreements and reserve complex amendments for bespoke contracts.
