What the Business Services Regus Agreement Covers

The Business Services Regus Agreement is a commercial service contract used to document terms between a workspace provider (Regus or equivalent) and a business tenant for access to office space, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and related amenities. It defines parties, scope of services, fees, payment schedule, term and renewal mechanics, permitted uses, insurance and liability allocation, termination and cure rights, and practical onboarding details such as access credentials and account contacts. The agreement is typically executed before occupancy or service start and forms the primary contractual basis for billing and operational responsibilities.

Why a Clear Agreement Matters for Workspace Services

A clear Business Services Regus Agreement reduces operational disputes, aligns billing expectations, and limits liability by allocating responsibilities for access, security, and payments. It supports compliance with recordkeeping and tax reporting and provides a basis for enforcing termination, refund, and damage claims.

Why a Clear Agreement Matters for Workspace Services

Who Typically Prepares and Signs This Agreement

The agreement is used by workspace providers, corporate procurement teams, small and mid-size business managers, and third-party office administrators.

  • Workspace operators and leasing teams who manage client accounts and service terms.
  • Small business owners and startup founders arranging flexible office services and virtual office packages.
  • Procurement, legal, and facilities managers for mid‑market and enterprise customers coordinating multiple locations.

Parties use it to document service levels, payment processes, and responsibilities before service delivery begins.

Primary Signers and Their Roles

Regus Account Manager

The Regus Account Manager signs for the provider or executes under delegated authority. They confirm service start dates, available locations, and standard provider warranties, and they manage account changes during the term.

Authorized Tenant Representative

An authorized representative of the tenant (owner, officer, or registered agent) signs on behalf of the business and accepts payment terms, access rules, and liability clauses. Their signature binds the legal entity to the agreement.

Essential Clauses in a Professional Regus Agreement

A complete Business Services Regus Agreement bundles operational and legal terms so both parties know expectations for space, fees, services, access, and dispute resolution.

Full legal names and entity types for provider and tenant, plus contact and billing information to ensure enforceability and proper notice delivery.

Services
