What the Business Services S Piker document is

The Business Services S Piker is a standardized service agreement and intake worksheet used to record the scope, deliverables, pricing, and contact information for business-to-business service engagements. It combines order details, payment terms, and the parties' responsibilities into a single instrument intended for signature and recordkeeping. Organizations use it to ensure clarity on deliverables, create an evidentiary record of agreed-upon work, and to support contracting, invoicing, and compliance workflows. The form is designed to be completed by a contracting officer, project manager, or authorized representative of the service provider or purchaser.
