What the Business Services Sheena Is

The Business Services Sheena is a template for a business services agreement that sets out the provider’s obligations, client responsibilities, fees, deliverables, timelines, and dispute-resolution terms. It consolidates standard contract elements—scope, milestones, payment schedule, confidentiality, liability limits, termination, and recordkeeping—into a single, signer-ready document. Organizations adopt this template to reduce drafting variation, speed approvals, and create a clear, auditable record of consent. When executed electronically, the agreement must comply with the ESIGN Act and applicable state e-signature law to be enforceable.
