What Business Services SM2354 Is and when it’s used

Business Services SM2354 is a standardized business-services form used to document the scope, deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities between a provider and a client for discrete service engagements. The form typically records party names, a concise statement of work, start and end dates, payment terms, termination rights, and signature blocks. Organizations use SM2354 to create a consistent record for procurement, internal approvals, and vendor onboarding. When completed and retained correctly, the form supports auditability and helps resolve disputes by capturing the agreed commercial terms in a single document.
