The Business Services SO536 is a standardized business-services agreement template used to document the scope, fees, deliverables, and responsibilities between a service provider and a client. It establishes the parties, effective date, payment terms, deliverables, dispute resolution, and termination conditions in a single contract suited for consulting, maintenance, and recurring services. The form is often adapted with exhibits for pricing, a statement of work, or data protection addenda and may be executed on paper or electronically where U.S. e-signature laws apply.
