What the Business Services STREAM Is

Business Services STREAM is a standardized document template used to collect, route, and record approvals, signatures, and supporting details for recurring business service engagements. It consolidates scope, pricing, parties, timelines, and delivery milestones into a single, machine-readable form that can be signed electronically. Designed for administrative, procurement, and contract workflows, the STREAM helps reduce manual data entry and centralizes version history. When completed, it produces an auditable record suitable for internal controls, external audits, and lawful electronic execution under U.S. e-signature statutes.

Terms

Specify term length, renewal mechanics, termination rights, notice periods, and remedies for breach, including cure periods and liquidated damages clauses, to align expectations.

Signatures

Designate authorized signatories, include printed name and title fields, require dates, and indicate witness or notarization when statutory requirements apply and specify acceptable signature methods (electronic, digital).

Attachments

List required exhibits such as SOWs, insurance certificates, W-9, and SLA matrices; reference them in the main agreement and attach actual files to avoid missing documentation during audits.
