What the Business Services TCF Ketcham Is

The Business Services TCF Ketcham is a standardized business services agreement template used to define scope, deliverables, payment, and responsibilities between a service provider and a client. It combines operational details (scope, milestones, fees) with legal provisions (liability limits, confidentiality, governing law) so parties can establish clear expectations and signatures serve as binding acceptance. The template is suitable for professional services engagements where written terms reduce disputes, coordinate invoicing and approvals, and record performance metrics for the contract lifecycle.

Why this template matters for business engagements

A complete Business Services TCF Ketcham reduces ambiguity about scope, payment, and timelines, supports consistent recordkeeping, and documents consent in a format that can be executed electronically under ESIGN and UETA where allowed.
