What the Business Services TigerTough Is and how it’s used

The Business Services TigerTough is a standardized business-services agreement and documentation package used to record scope, responsibilities, pricing, timelines, and authorizations between a service provider and a client. It collects contact and company details, a clear description of services, payment terms, and signature blocks so parties can create an enforceable record. In many organizations it functions as a master engagement or statement-of-work template that is reused across projects. For electronic workflows, the form is commonly converted to a fillable PDF or form and routed for signature, audit trail capture, and archival.

Why this document matters for business operations
