What the Business Services TMC Agreement Covers

Business Services TMC Agreement is a standard contractual template used by companies to define terms for third-party business services delivered through a travel management company (TMC) or a similarly named vendor. The agreement sets scope of services, fees, performance standards, data handling and confidentiality, liability limits, indemnities, termination rights, and dispute resolution. It allocates responsibilities between the hiring organization and the TMC, and documents service-level expectations, billing and reporting cycles, and change-order procedures. The template supports both B2B and enterprise engagements and can be adapted for project or ongoing services.
