Attach supporting certificates
Include proof of insurance, carrier safety ratings, and any required licenses as exhibits to avoid disputes over coverage or compliance during a claim.
Keep an audit-ready archive
Store signed PDFs, certificate of completion, and metadata (IP, timestamps) together to support audits, claims, and regulatory inspections.

Electronic signature versus digital (cryptographic) signature

Understand the legal and technical distinction so you can match signature type to regulatory and contractual needs.
