What the Business Services VIRTOSI Only document is

The Business Services VIRTOSI Only is a structured business-services template used to define service scope, deliverables, and administrative details between a provider and a commercial client. It typically records parties, services, pricing or fees, performance milestones, key dates, confidentiality and IP provisions where applicable, and designated signatories. The form is intended to standardize recurring engagements across departments or clients and to create a single signed record that supports billing, compliance, and audit needs without requiring bespoke contract drafting for routine transactions.

Why standardized Business Services VIRTOSI Only forms matter

A clear, consistent template reduces ambiguity about responsibilities, shortens approval cycles, and creates an auditable record for finance and compliance teams. Using a single, well-structured form simplifies renewals, dispute resolution, and regulatory retention obligations.
