What the Business Services XZILON Is

The Business Services XZILON is a standardized service agreement used to record the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities between a service provider and a client. It documents performance milestones, payment terms, intellectual property allocation, confidentiality obligations, termination triggers, and dispute-resolution clauses. Organizations use the form to create a clear legal record that supports project management, invoicing, compliance checks, and audit trails. The document can be executed on paper or electronically where U.S. law permits, and often accompanies attachments such as statements of work, schedules, and price exhibits.
