What the Business Shaker Template Is

The Business Shaker Template is a standardized business agreement and execution checklist designed to capture key project terms, responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and approvals in a single, reusable form. It streamlines internal review, vendor onboarding, and client engagements by consolidating scope, payment terms, milestones, and signature fields so teams can complete, route, and retain a consistent record of negotiated terms.

Why organizations adopt the Business Shaker Template

Using a consistent template reduces drafting errors, clarifies obligations for all parties, and improves auditability. When paired with compliant eSignature and retention practices it supports enforceability under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. ch. 96) and state UETA frameworks.
