What Business T Signed Is and when it applies

Business T Signed is a completed business document that records an agreement, acknowledgment, or transaction between commercial parties where signatures, dates, and optional notarization or witness attestations are captured. Why a properly executed Business T Signed matters

A correct Business T Signed establishes clear party intent, timing, and enforceable obligations and helps avoid disputes. Electronic versions that meet the ESIGN Act and state UETA standards are generally admissible and enforceable under 15 U.S.C. §7001 and adopted state UETA statutes.
