Confidentiality

Set clear confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, duration, and remedies for breach. Define confidential information categories and labeling requirements, and include return or destruction procedures after termination.

Term

State the effective date, term length, renewal mechanics, and termination rights for convenience or cause. Describe notice requirements and the obligations that survive termination.
