What the Business TSI Template Is

The Business TSI Template is a standardized business technical and security information form used to capture transaction support information, security controls, and signatory details for commercial agreements. It collects entity identifiers, contact information, scope of services, security and compliance attestations, key dates, and signature blocks. The template is designed for consistent recordkeeping, audit readiness, and downstream processing by finance, legal, and information security teams. When completed accurately it supports due diligence, procurement approvals, and regulatory review while producing a single reproducible record for retention and reference.

Why a Standardized Business TSI Template Matters
