The Captain Up Ltd Business Services Agreement is a written contract that documents the terms between Captain Up Ltd (service provider) and a client for specified business services. It typically defines scope of work, deliverables, performance standards, fees and payment schedule, confidentiality and intellectual property allocation, warranties, termination rights, and dispute resolution. The agreement establishes responsibilities of each party, project timelines, acceptance criteria, and remedies for breach. Proper execution and record retention ensure the contract is enforceable and provides evidence of agreed commercial obligations.

The agreement is used by small and mid-size vendors, in-house legal or procurement teams, and client procurement or operations staff when buying recurring or project-based services.

  • Service providers and contractors preparing scope, pricing, and performance terms for clients.
  • Procurement, finance, or operations teams at client organizations confirming delivery and payment conditions.
  • In-house counsel or external attorneys reviewing liability, IP, and indemnity clauses before execution.
