It is between Licensor, named above, and Licensee, named above. Subject to the terms, conditions, and covenants of this Agreement, Licensor licenses and permits Licensee to use portions of Licensor’s properties located in _____ County, _____, described as follows (the “License Areas”): (Description of Lands that are the License Areas) Subject to the terms, conditions, and covenants of this Agreement, Licensor licenses and permits Licensee to use and enjoy the License Areas for the construction, installat ion, maintenance, operations, alteration, repair, replacement, and removal of a pipeline with valves, tie-overs, and other appurtenant facilities for the transmission of natural gas (the “Permi tted Activity”). In consideration of this License and permission, Licensor and Licensee agree to the following terms, conditions, and covenants: 1. This License and permission shall be revocable only to the extent Licensee fai ls to observe or honor any term, condition, or covenant of this Agreement.2. Licensee shall operate and maintain the pipeline in an orderly manner and in c ompliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.7. Licensor agrees that its activities shall not interfere with Licensee’s use of the License Areas, and shall keep clear said areas for the free and full right of ingress and egress t o, over, and across the License Areas for Licensee’s intended purpose.8. All modifications and amendments to the License Agreement must be in writing and executed by Licensor and Licensee in order to be effective.
