What the Client Advisor Contacts document is and why it exists

A Client Advisor Contacts document is a structured record that lists the primary points of contact for a client relationship, including advisors, account managers, compliance officers, and escalation contacts. It standardizes names, roles, phone numbers, email addresses, availability windows, and preferred communication methods so teams can route questions, approvals, and sensitive requests quickly. Organizations use this record to reduce response time, document authority for decisions, and create an auditable trail of contact information. When used with an electronic signature platform, it supports secure distribution, versioning, and the ability to confirm receipt and consent.
