Standardize Payment Terms
Include exact amounts or rates, invoicing schedule, late fee mechanics, and payment methods. Consistency speeds accounting and reduces disputes over billing.
Record Authorization and Signatory Authority
Document who is authorized to sign on behalf of entities. Consider a short corporate resolution or signed representative statement when dealing with large vendors.
