What the Client Communication HD Form Agreement Is

Client Communication HD Form Agreement is a standardized, written contract that documents how a service provider and a client will exchange communications, deliverables, and decisions during an engagement. It defines scope, channels (email, portal, phone), response times, points of contact, confidentiality expectations, and escalation steps. The agreement can be used as a standalone contract or as an addendum to a master services agreement to reduce misunderstandings, set measurable commitments, and create an auditable record of communication protocols for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

Why Use a Client Communication HD Form Agreement and Its Legal Basis

Use the Client Communication HD Form Agreement to set clear expectations, reduce disputes, and document consent to electronic exchanges. Properly signed, it is enforceable under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and UETA in applicable states when intent and retention requirements are met.
