What the Client Management IntercedeCM Is and Why It Exists

The Client Management IntercedeCM is a structured client intake and management document used to record client contact details, engagement scope, consent permissions, and routing instructions for internal review. It centralizes demographic and engagement data, documents client authorization for handling sensitive information, and establishes who may act on the client's behalf. The form supports digital completion and eSubmission workflows and is commonly used to start onboarding, trigger background checks or credit authorizations, and create a persistent record for compliance and audit purposes.

Why a Standardized IntercedeCM Improves Compliance and Clarity

Using a consistent Client Management IntercedeCM reduces errors, documents consent, and creates an auditable record for regulatory and internal controls.

  • Compliance or Legal reviewers verify consent language and redaction needs for regulated information.
  • Operations or Back Office staff route completed forms into case management systems for fulfillment.
