What the Client Project CPPS Form Is and when it matters

The Client Project CPPS Form is a standardized project intake and client planning document used to capture scope, responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and compliance checkpoints for professional services engagements. It collects identifying information for the client and provider, a concise project description, milestones, acceptance criteria, payment terms, and required attachments. Organizations use it to align expectations before work begins, reduce scope drift, and document approvals. When completed and signed by authorized parties, the form serves as a reference for project governance, invoicing, and dispute resolution during the engagement lifecycle.

Why a structured CPPS Form improves project outcomes

A well-structured Client Project CPPS Form clarifies responsibilities, sets measurable milestones, and documents client approvals to limit misunderstandings. It streamlines internal reviews and creates an auditable record useful for billing, change orders, and resolving scope or quality disputes during the project.
