What the Client Project MotoDraw Template Is

The Client Project MotoDraw Template is a standardized project agreement and scope-of-work form used to document deliverables, timelines, roles, and payment terms for a MotoDraw engagement. It combines client contact data, project milestones, acceptance criteria, and a signature block so parties can confirm responsibilities and sign electronically. The template is intended to be reused across clients and projects with fields for project name, description, start and end dates, pricing or retainer terms, change-order process, and file-attachment placeholders for designs and specifications.

Why this Template Matters for Project Consistency and Risk Control

A consistent Client Project MotoDraw Template reduces disputes by documenting scope, deliverables, and approval steps clearly while centralizing signature and version history for auditability. It provides a clear baseline for change orders, protects both parties from scope creep, and supports faster onboarding of project staff and contractors.

Why this Template Matters for Project Consistency and Risk Control

Who Typically Prepares and Signs the Template

Use the designated authorized signers for each party to ensure the document is enforceable and to avoid payment or delivery delays later in the project.

  • Client Account Contact — reviews deliverables, confirms acceptance criteria, and provides official client authorization.
  • Finance or Billing Representative — verifies payment terms, invoicing schedule, and any deposit or milestone billing requirements.

Payment Delays: Invoices may be contested
Scope Disputes: Deliverables may be rejected
