What the Community Agreement for Tiny Home Community Is

The Community Agreement for Tiny Home Community is a written contract that defines resident rights, shared responsibilities, and operational rules for a clustered tiny-home development. It typically covers lot or pad use, common-area access, utilities, maintenance obligations, guest policies, dispute resolution, and termination procedures.
