Applicant agrees to notify the Company promptly of any material change in ownership or financial condition.

Applicant acknowledges that approval of credit is subject to the Company's sole discretion and may be conditioned on delivery of additional financial information or security. Applicant agrees to pay all invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms. Late payments shall be subject to interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, and Applicant shall be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, incurred by the Company to collect any delinquent amounts.

In the event of default, the Company may suspend or terminate credit and declare all amounts due and payable. Applicant agrees that any dispute arising from or related to this application or any credit extended shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company has its principal place of business, without regard to its choice-of-law rules.
