What the Customer Loyalty Hagerty Cards Are and when they’re used

Customer Loyalty Hagerty Cards are standardized enrollment and tracking records used to register participants in Hagerty-branded loyalty programs, capture member preferences, and record transactional benefits. The cards document identity, membership tier, enrollment date, and consent to program terms, and they serve as the primary record for issuing rewards, discounts, and account-level communications. Organizations use this document to ensure consistent member onboarding, connect accounts to insurance or collector services, and maintain auditable evidence of acceptance of program rules and marketing consents.

Why a formal Customer Loyalty Hagerty Card matters for compliance and operations

A completed card centralizes membership data, documents consent for marketing and benefits, and creates an auditable record for customer service and dispute resolution. It reduces onboarding errors, supports targeted communications, and provides a clear basis for tax or promotional accounting when benefits have monetary value.
