Whereas, Owner is the owner of certain real property (the Property) as shown on plat number ________________________ (number), dated ________________________ (date), entitled ________________________ (title of plat), prepared by ________________________ (name of surveyor) (the Plat), which Plat is attached to and by this reference made a part of this Deed of Dedication; Whereas, the Property is situate in ________________________ (name of city), ________________________ (name of county), ________________________ (name of state), Owner having acquired the Property by deed recorded in Deed Book ________________________ (number), at Page ________________________ (number), of the land records of ________________________ (name of county), ________________________ (name of state); Whereas, it is the desire and intent of Owner to dedicate, grant, and convey to the City for public use, the streets and thoroughfares in accordance with this Deed of Dedication and the Plat; and Whereas, the Property is subject to the lien of a certain Deed of Trust dated ________________________ (date), and recorded in Deed Book ________________________ (number), at Page ________________________ (number), of the land records of ________________________ (name of county), ________________________ (name of state) (the Deed of Trust), in which the Property was conveyed to the Trustee, in trust, to secure a certain indebtedness, as more specifically set forth in the Deed of Trust.
