What the DisplayStream Business Document Is

The DisplayStream Business Document is a standardized commercial form used to record transaction terms, parties, and key process steps for B2B media, content display, and syndication arrangements. It combines identity, scope, deliverables, and basic commercial terms into a single document designed for routine exchange between counterparties. When executed correctly it creates an enforceable record of the parties' agreement and can be completed electronically under U.S. e-signature law when the parties satisfy intent, consent, attribution, and retention requirements.

Why this Document Matters for Business Controls

A clear DisplayStream Business Document reduces ambiguity about rights and obligations, provides an auditable record for disputes, and helps standardize operations across teams and partners.

Why this Document Matters for Business Controls

Who Commonly Completes a DisplayStream Business Document

Typical users include account managers, legal support, operations teams, and external partners who need a concise record of display or distribution arrangements.

  • Real Estate and Media Teams — Often used by property- and content-managing groups to record display placements and usage terms.
  • Healthcare and Providers — Used when displaying educational or consented content, with privacy addenda as needed.
  • Finance and Legal — Finance records payments and revenue shares; legal teams review IP and liability provisions.

Use this document when you need a single, consistent form to capture commercial display terms, delivery expectations, and signature evidence.
