What an Employee Lunch Form Is and when organizations use it

An Employee Lunch Form documents meals provided or reimbursed by an employer, capturing who received the meal, the date and time, cost, purpose, and approvals. Organizations use this form to track taxable benefits, manage per diem or stipend programs, and reconcile payroll or expense ledgers. It may serve payroll, accounting, and HR audits, and can be incorporated into expense workflows or employee benefit programs. The form is typically retained with payroll or expense records and should reflect company policy for meal allowances and substantiation requirements.
