What the Event Planning Master Shower Template Is

The Event Planning Master Shower Template is a consolidated, reusable planning document designed to coordinate all key elements of a baby or bridal shower. It centralizes venue details, guest lists, RSVP tracking, budget items, vendor contacts, timelines, menu and dietary notes, décor and setup requirements, gift registry information, and signature-ready agreements with vendors or venues. The template is structured to support both printable and digital workflows, and it can be paired with an eSignature platform for contract acceptance, vendor authorizations, and deposit acknowledgements.
