The Event Planning Party IDC Form is a standardized information collection document used to record identification, contact details, role, and event-specific preferences for parties involved in a planned event. Typical uses include vendor onboarding, performer and speaker records, catered-service agreements, and guest-party declarations for private or public events. The form centralizes names, addresses, tax or payment identifiers, insurance and permit information, access requirements, and signature consent for logistics, permitting, and payment processing.

The form is used by event professionals, venues, vendors, and administrative teams during planning and execution.
